The Copley farm near Pontefract in West Yorkshire is renowned for its spooktastic pumpkin yield – they grew 30,000 last year! Pumpkin soup is one of the easier recipes, but also one of the most delicious. Guaranteed to be a family favourite, there’s no reason to keep the grubby mitts away from this one, get everyone in the kitchen crumbling biscuits and beating the mix.
